Terms of service
Effective 11 October 2026
These terms govern your use of trywasal, a service provided by Koredyne, Crystal Tower, 6th Floor, Kuwait City, Kuwait ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using trywasal, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").
1. The service
trywasal lets businesses connect messaging channels such as WhatsApp, answer customers with an AI assistant, and manage conversations with their team. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
3. Your responsibilities
- You may only connect phone numbers and accounts that your business owns or is authorised to use.
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms, and with applicable law, including rules on consent for business messages.
- You are responsible for the business information you give the AI assistant and for telling your customers how you use their data. You must have a lawful basis for the messages you process through trywasal.
- You must not use trywasal for spam, unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
4. AI replies
The AI assistant answers from the information you provide and may still make mistakes. You can review conversations, take over at any time and turn AI replies off. You remain responsible for the replies sent from your business's accounts. Do not rely on the assistant for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
5. Meta and third-party services
Messaging relies on third-party platforms such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Their availability, policies and fees (for example WhatsApp conversation charges) are outside our control and may apply to you directly.
6. Fees
trywasal is currently offered free of charge while in early access. We will give you notice before introducing paid plans, and you can stop using the service at any time.
7. Data
You own your business information and conversation data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy policy. You can delete channels and request deletion of your workspace at any time.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service, other customers or end customers at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimers and liability
trywasal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify customers by email. Continuing to use trywasal means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you are based says otherwise.
