Data deletion

Businesses using trywasal

• Disconnect a channel: remove the trywasal app from your Meta Business account (Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps), or ask us to disconnect it. We then delete that channel's access token and conversation data within 30 days.
• Delete your workspace or account: email info@koredyne.com from the account's email address. We delete the workspace, its members' access, business information and conversations within 30 days and confirm by email.

People who messaged a business

If you messaged a business that uses trywasal, that business controls your conversation data. Ask the business to delete it; we will carry out their request. You can also email info@koredyne.com with the business name and your phone number, and we will pass your request to the business and help them complete it.

Requests from Facebook or Meta

If you removed trywasal from your Facebook or Meta account settings, Meta notifies us automatically and you receive a confirmation code. Keep that code: you can use it with us to check the status of your request.
